as a tester, you need to compare the after effect of this products and a
normal sexual intercourse.

有一个朋友说，竞价按照房子标价减去agent的6%佣金，再打九折 报出去:
（第一次offer价格） = （房子标价）*（1-6%）* 90%
最终成交价应该在房子标价的九折上下:
成交价 = （房子标价）* 90%

这个完全是因房而异的,没有一个普遍适用的公式.
