saving is 0.x%. Unless you don't have money now or money tied in high
return stocks or fidelity 100K for a few months, otherwise I would rather
get cashback/mileage/bonus than get delayed payment.

universities still are not surcharging cc paying tuition? Even >ten years
ago, my university started 2-3% surcharge if paying by credit card. That's
$200+ extra.

看来chase slate最好，可惜我要从chase freedom 转出去, 只有citi simpilisity了。
对，我们学校summer就是不收手续费的。
