My EB2->EB3 140 was filed 50 days ago, TSC, I requested to file 140 PP, my

So was my pp which was sent on 2/4. Lawyer just told me that she filed
another PP immediately after the 1st rejection and got rejected again. 140
ND was 1/28. TSC. She said there were other 2 cases got rejected too. The
reason is no original PERM. she is willing to do another pp in mid March for
me. but I am not really putting much hope to it. As all the evidence has
shown TSC has very limited number of PP accepted.

律师都是fragomen的。 他们认为有人PP顺利接受的是因为他们第一个perm,140还在on
site storage里，很容易找到。
被据的是因为那些文件放在off site facility里。一时找不到。

律师也不知道。 只是用＂erratic"来形容USCIS在PP这方面的混乱。
从我周围例子来看， 有PD2010，2011，2012年接受PP的， 也有PD2011， 2012被拒绝
PP的， 看不出规律。

移民局要是聪明一点， 只把烙印的材料送到off site facility就好了。老中的不需要
送。
这下送到嘴边的肉($1225), 不能吃，还得咽着口水把肉送回去。
