她给推荐了一个MORGAGE AGENT.MORGAGE AGENT跟我说要以下:
1. 2010 & 2011 - 1040 Tax Returns - All Pages Needed
2. 2010 & 2011 W2 Forms -- All Borrowers
3. 2 Months Current Bank Statements - All Pages of mailed statement if
possible.
4. 1 Month of current pay stubs.
5. Copy of your Driver's License
6. Copy of your Social Security Cards - For FHA Loans Only
mortgage loan officer还给了个sample spreadsheet of a loan and costs,上面利率
是30年4.25%.
我现在的问题是:
1.给那么多信息是否安全?
2.他给的利率是否合理?
3.他说给我开pre-qualify证明不用钱,以后我买房一定要跟他贷款吗?
