就是drug test她不都测，挑几个测测，其它的就瞎编了。如果测出来结果negative的
，她就从positive的sample里弄点过来，让它变成positive的。

麻省 Department of Public Health的一个阿三mm检验员，帮州里案子做毒品检验的，
检验毒品是随心所欲的写结果，想说样品有毒就写有毒，有时甚至往没毒的样品里掺可
卡因，牵涉大批案子，
后来被发现甚至连学位也是造假的。

大笔案子要翻案。不光她处理的，其他人处理的毒品贩子的律师也会援引此例appeal.
所以有人说麻州的毒品贩子要翻天了。
到最后又是大笔纳税人的钱折进去。
不过在美国这个社会，跟纳税人的钱没关系的问题没人关注。
所以有这么一个high profile的datapoint 是好事。

probably. in a GMP lab, one needs to weight check the balance every day.
any procedure in a fume hood that takes 2 seconds, in a GMP lab would take
forever, but certainly also because of the scale. they must have a SOP to
follow, so I am not surprised it takes much longer time to process a sample.
This chemist is obviously trying to "boost" her productivity.

当然要啊！因为药品不是直接放在天平上的，而是每次称量的时候
放在一个新的塑料碟或者纸片上的，所以每次称量之前必须先按一下清零
把碟子或者纸片的重量给消掉。这个三姐估计就是每次都乱量，把碟子的重量
都算到药品里面去了。把同事们的狗眼都给亮瞎了，但是上司对此就是不管不闻，
同事们告了好多次状都没有用。
现在这个实验室已经被关门了，里面一堆无辜的人也就因此失业了。更不用说
一大堆无辜的人因此被关到了监狱里面（以后州政府有得赔了），还有一大
堆本来是有罪的人现在乘机申诉跑出来了。

这种东西有关案件的，手续很麻烦的，也必须仔细根据一些protocol 做。
而且为了避免检测的时候产生交叉污染或者出错，对每次同时做的样品
数量也有限制的。每天能做5个样品已经算是很快的了。

这种能决定一个人进不进监狱的结果没有双盲对照倒也奇怪，完全一锤子买卖。

这个哪是三妹。这是三姑奶奶，三菩萨级别的了。
她勤勤恳恳工作了九年，一天可以测500。按250人算，一年干250天。
这是多少检测？50多万。算她两星期只工作一天也有5 到10万！
然后她的同事呢？lab不能就她一个人吧。那得多少！
知道法院要加班加点重审的原因了吧。
要有十万被错误判决服刑的或已经服刑的现在可以推翻了。
会放过这个发财的机会吗？

辩方律师只需要有理由怀疑有问题。即使是她的同事做的。
她可以连做九年，管理能保证她的同事
是诚实的吗？能保证她在同事没有注意的时候没有把positive
的检测样品加到别的样品里让同事在不知道的情况下检验吗？
只要有这样的可能，就有合理理由怀疑。她的供认证实了这样
的可能很大。这简直是辩方的节日。要不然法院会加班？
然后一个毒贩被释放了，正需要资金重操旧业，白蹲那么几年，
正好可以诉政府拿回钱来重新开始。麻州纳税人将直接用
