So I called to close my account, expecting being issued a check to get back my money, but was told to bring the balance down to zero myself. Initiated ACH from another bank. Checked the status the second day, only to find an "inactivity fee" of $12 charged to the zero balance, along with, of course, a $37 of "negative balance fee" or "overdraft fee", resulting in a balance of $-49.00. Called again, and was informed there was nothing they could do before I brought the balance to zero. So I did, and told them couldn't wait to end my one-time relationship!! Be careful, folks, of the little fees small banks impose to you!
【在 d*******a 的大作中提到】 : 同问具体的步骤 : ach 是怎么操作的?

Link this account with one at another bank and initiate an external transfer. But better check with your banks for potential fees/limits associated with external transfer Sorry no CN input at office
