朋友是猎头公司的，现在帮国内一个知名房地产公司招聘美国分公司的高级项目经理，
美国分公司总部在纽约，在洛杉矶有办事处，这一职位是负责洛杉矶项目的。
Senior Project Manager
Job responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of projects
2. Handle overall project finances including managing the budget, tracking
expenses and minimizing exposure and risk for the project.
3. Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety
standards.
4. Communicate effectively with the parties responsible for completing
various phases of the project.
5. Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including
consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers and internal
stakeholders.
6. Make periodic visits to sites.
7. Operations projects as assigned e.g. monitor work orders gauging
efficiency using information to establish and maintain labor metrics.
8. Identify potential projects and maintain long range planning strategy.
Job requirements
1. A Bachelor’s degree
2. A minimum of 10 years project management experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects
4. Experience in scheduling, estimating and pre-project processes and
procedures
5. Team orientated with high initiative, excellent communication, creative
problem-solving, and leadership skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and highly organized
