那就不要blanket ban有犯罪记录的，以其他理由拒绝，最后结果还是不租给有前科的。

个人房东自由度很高的，基本上想租给谁租给谁，那些法律不让的原因，不说是那个原
因就得了，
你真遇到个credit score 800的前杀人犯收入三倍房租有保税记录证明的，收就收了吧
。。。不过这种人存在吗？
机构房东估计稍微担心多点

老三你洗地洗得很快，不过这种不懂得事情就别坑人了。你那是没遇到刺头罢了，现在
基本各州都有规定你租房要先告知你选择房客的标准，abcdefg，一般正经公司都是两
三页纸，你要小心了，只要写了一条违反fair housing act的，吃不了兜着走，然后就
是招租了，人家递上来的材料，你要做背景检查，你要是不做，嘿嘿，出了事我希望你
买了伞险。做了以后就更麻烦了，信用600算好还是不好，我希望你前面的标准写清楚
数字了。不然你被告了别喊冤.据信也要按规范写，还要告知对方可以去信用局查报告
，不然我又要嘿嘿了。 btw,有很多sex阿范达的信用还真是800分，嘿嘿，你说你租还
是不租

这些根本不是法，都是hud和cfpb的regulation guide,因为这两个部门负责法律实施细
则，反正这些act写的根天书差不多，操作空间基本和老三的左右观一样
