这本书是一个老美推荐的, 看了后觉得还有用, 有许多基本的东西是买房时要了解的.

I would recommend Home Buying for Dummies. It is an excellent book and easy to
read. It talks about what factors to consider when looking for a house,
finance, getting an agent, how to determine the fair market value, etc.
You can easily find it in the local community library. Since this book has
been printed almost every year, do look for the latest edition.
I read a 2001 Edition last year.
