很早年前的underground tank因为有时漏油，会造成土壤污染。这块地会比较难处理。
现在的tank都是双层的，不知道漏油多不多。

I have a regular checking account, minimum balance was $750, they raised it
to $1500 recently, starting from the statement after certain day in last
November. They actually didn't send separate notice to me or it was hidden
with online statement. Anyway it sucked!

靠加油站的房子没人要不是因为地下水，
主要是乱，晚上有traffic, noise, 时不时
有个抢劫开枪之类。风向不好味道也不好。

haha. Thank you for all of your suggestions. I used to have concerns about
the noice because it is close to two major roads (yellow lines) and we even
went to the house in the night just to feel how noisy it can be. Because it
is third house away from the main road, actually it is not noisy at all. But
I will certainly consider this factor.
