but how do they prove this is your second house. You can say i will move it
in after the settlement.

be careful! it is kind of cheating.
I know one person went to jail when he lied to lender when filling loan
form two years ago even everyone did that when market was around peak.
Lender always could trace it back.

如果是primary house,利率不高。如果作为rantal，要高半个到一个百分点。有人
refiance自己住的第一个房子，cash out，第二个房子现金买下，再出租，就合理合法

really?
if you bought a house 5 years ago and now buy a bigger one.
You moved to the bigger one from your old house. The new house is really
your primary house. When you apply the loan, all your credit record will be
checked, so does your mortgage record. If there is a problem, the lender is
the one that should be responsible for the problem.
