You are wrong, my house is built by myself with total cost well below
average price in DC area. My daily driver is a Honda (2006 civic gx). I do
buy cheap houses to fix up and flip and collect a few older cars to tinker
with.

have fewer and fewer time to answer this board, I will have more time in

I do not stock them in US, all are custom order, made in China and shipped
to you directly. It is not worth the trouble or shipping cost if you only
want a few pieces. I work with lots of interior designer to supply a custom
made solution for the entire house, all custom made cabinets, counter tops,
bedroom sets, dining sets, book cases, curtains, etc. Min is a 20 foot
container worth, a 40 foot container is usually what most people order for
their home, which can also include flooring, doors, f

I live out in the country, so I have lots of land. After building the main
house in my compound. I have built 2 much smaller guest houses to show off
my products to clients and designers. One was built with the best possible
material for under 100K, the other is build to show off the best technology
with also a total budget under 100K. Everything (except concrete) is
imported from China by me to build them. And I managed to stay under buget
