恳请大家指点。
6年前从builder手中买的新townhouse，同一排共5家中的第一家，totol 1700 sq feet
，当时builder告诉我们这5个townhouse的设计和大小都一模一样。
现在打算卖房。list agent 帮我们调出了小区里最近几年的交易资料，其中包括和我
们同一排的townhouse，才发现其他几个房子在转手的时候，标的sq feet 都高于 1700
这个数，有一家竟然号称有2100. 我的agent 说，他们可能在卖的时候，把 closet，
bathroom,等等都加上了。她说这些不应该包括进去，因为不能住人，所以不是真正的
living space。她还说上realtor课的时候，老师就是这么给她们讲的。我的list
agent很年轻，没太多经验，用她是因为她是我的朋友，刚开始这一行，没什么客户，
所以想帮她一下，可是这将近400 的差别让我很难释怀。请问大家，房子的大小到底应
该怎么量呢？

这个是不是某一个appraisal给了那么大，卖房子的时候选大的写呢？
我们这里builder和county appraisal经常不一样，卖房子的人当然都写大大那个。

我觉得你的agent说的不对。房子面积就是Heated area，不管内部格局，你不能单纯的
add up living area。房子外墙以内，除了车库都是你的房子面积。

网上已经approve了，要了initial deposit的账户，要求寄signature card和一些信息
