事情是这样，我之前设的plastiq信用卡付，但是由于monthly payment最近调整变多了
，想设个自动pay，每个月自动用checking付少的部分，大概10几块钱。但是发现
mortgage不让你pay这么多，只能pay 大于或者等于monthly payment。
于是想往里push，不知道能行不
另外，已经设定好的plastiq似乎也不能调整吧？目前还是用的1.75%的费用，不想
screw up了
还有其他解决办法吗，谢了。

6年新房，从首任房主那里买房，作为买家，大家认为有必要吗？1200多呢。

发现ally里加external account根本没法选mortgage类型的。。。

要push也是用billpay或者寄check。online ACH基本行不通

对的，搞清楚了，设了个类似bill pay的东西，试试看吧，看能不能顺利过去。

owner's title insurance在买房的时候建议都是要买的，买一次就够了。如果没买过
，那么refi的时候会被要求多做个什么的，似乎就是跟owner's title insurance有关
。

握爪，title company部分，你还要交其他的么，例如 Settlement，endorsement啥的

if a couple of hundred, then why not, if 1200, absolutely not. my owner's
was around 200, and i negotiated to 100. And to be honest, i was paying that
100 only to keep lawyer happy.

搭车问一下，正在买房
lender's title insurance $1300
owner's title insurance $1400
为啥都是我(buyer)付, lender的那个是必须的吗？
另外这个还可以讲价钱？

我的贷款银行告诉我是：
1） lender's title insurance必须买，$900
2） owner's title insurance我自己决定，$1200
但是，要是我买了owner's title insurance的话，lender's title insurance就降成
只有 $50了。
