my noodle machine was made of iron not steel, but its surface with
galvanization.
but each time when I make noodle, the noodle looks very dirty.
anyone experienced this?
how to solve it?

Kitchaid attachment 不错，这套是面条之乡意大利造的

it has several disadvantages.
1) you have to switch the roller and cutter. Roller and cutter cannot
work at the same time.
2) you have to work in noise environment
3) you have to hold the 面皮 all the time. Soon you will get tired.
