charge 75 刀年费，打电话过去，威胁要close acct，还是不给免。。
但是他们说可以convert to another non-fee business account cc.
1. 这个会影响我的 credit score 吗？
2.我原来积累的 AA mileage 会取消么？

刚签了个townhouse, inspector说屋顶该换了，这该如何解决? 找HOA? 但我还没
CLOSE. Close后， HOA一定会修屋顶吗?

If it is a condo by ownership, the condominium owners' association should
repair it.
If it is a townhouse, and not a condo by ownership, then you would have to
fix it in most cases. But, sometimes, only sometimes, the HOA is responsible
for fixing the roof.
