i will refi if i'm u . can you ask to waive the $1000? normally only ask
to pay appraisal fee of $500. can i ask which state you are staying? i'm in
ca. if you too, could you please forward your mort broker's info. this is a

what is your property's current value? if you can get a new rate below 4.875
% with only $1k cost, go for it.

if in CA i don't think you can get 4.875.
