I got Denial Notice Sent. IO 1030, TSC
Background: 10 Chinese Journal Papers (all first authors), 10 International
Journal Papers( 7 first authors), two book chapters, 60 citations, one award
from Chinese Ministry of Education. Claim: Awards, publications,
contributions.
I am curious why my 485 had the soft update in the same date my EB1A was
rejected, because my 485 was based on my NIW that was approved. Is it normal
? Thanks.

听着mp3，开始在前院拔草，主要是crabgrass...
每天能拔个3桶，看着被我弄的癞皮狗一样的草地，
心里倒也高兴。

Bless.
When my 1A was denied, no LUD of 485 (NIW - based).
There is a risk of EB-2-based 485 rejection when a new 1A 140 is denied. But
this is not a big problem. You can argue later.
Suggest you PP 1A again, following the deny letter.

两人抱还粗的一棵梧桐，那么高，那么多枝子，又不是一天掉完，我们都捡了一个星期
了，blower又吹不动，只能捡或耙子耙。以前都不知道梧桐会掉树皮，Google了一下才
知道，有些品种是会掉的。

肯定是了，就是很多。
今年新种的草，里面很多杂草。
老草一点杂草都没有。

我家crabgrass比好草多.所以当初邻居的草地都黄了,
我家的还是绿的.
朋友劝我Roundup后重新来过.我担心前院太难看,
就忍了.等crabgrass死光后,重新上草籽.

I have similar background and got 1A denied without RFE by officer #85 at TS
C. I claimed contribution, publication and reviews. Only reviews was met. It
is all about luck.Try NSC, it is fast now and may have a nice officer to ju
dge your case. My 1B was approved in one month without RFE and without PP.
I used the same package. Good luck.

我是今年重修了septic system，所以把一片草地给毁了。
之后种了新草籽，可惜当时没有经验，应该做pre-emerging，
把crabgrass扼杀在摇篮里。
你明年上草籽一定得注意这个，否则，今年的crabgrass的草籽明年又出来了。
实在是难看，就用手拔了去。

我在NJ.据说秋天crabgrass死后,撒草籽.
好草密了,crabgrass就活不好.
等明年开春crabgrass发芽之前上药,最管用.

遍能阻止
Crabgrass的东东就可以了，到Homedepot找那种大袋的说明上能阻止Crabgrass的就行了

at a critical time. If they are applied to the soil too early, they get
washed too deep into the soil by rainwater. If they are applied too late the
