这是一锅没油的豆腐海鲜煲，感觉很健康吧～
砂锅半锅水，泡好干虾米和海贝，然后放葱姜，开火，豆腐，福州鱼丸，豆腐皮，盐，
白胡椒调味，15分钟左右，放上带头虾开锅，撒上葱花即好。
又是苋菜......
bacon炒至变色，放上葱姜蒜，盐，放入红苋菜，炒软就好。

I got my EAD/AP at the beginning of April but still no FP notice. I called
USCIS today regarding my case. They sent a request for me and told me I
should be scheduled an appointment for the next 15 working days.
Try calling them if you haven't got your notice!
