具体情况：
房子出来半年， 第一个offer房检是发现问题， 屋主修过。
agent说crawlspace积过水， the wood support is rottend,the owner laready
replace all the support in craw sapce
form 17上:
crawlspace: recent inspection by general contractor indicated need for spray
foam to foundation opening for drain pipe to reduce water intrusion
foundations:Repair - applied spray foam to foundation opening for drain pipe
. New concrete piers installed at base of 20 support posts. Installed braces
on five support posts
