大家不要笑我，最近家里需要添置发面机和切菜机，本来想入手一个面包机和一个
切片机的，查查以往的帖子，大家都在说想一步到位的话就买个stand mixer。土人弱
弱问一句：这个能发面和切菜吗？如果可以的话，我就一心一意地等这个的deal了。

家里的坏了，我从网上order了个新的.老公居然说他不会装。气死我了。

If you are lazy like me, the best 发面机 is a bread machine. Stand mixer can
not heat up the dough. So unless you only make cakes.

I did that.
It is not that difficult but not easy either. It needs some tools like
plumber's wrench, putty, thread tape, etc. There are videos online to teach
you how to do that, and you should also follow the installation instruction.

可以和面和切片，但是需要不同的头attachment.和面的dough hook一般买回来就带,切
片的
shredder要另买。

老公说有什么电路问题，不敢乱来。是这样吗？

Yes, you need to disconnect the electric wires from the old disposer and
connect them to the new one. But as long as you turn off the disposer switch
, it should be safe (You can always use a multimeter to check that). So it
was a very tiny issue for me during my installation.
