这个正常，银行是要先收Appraisal fee的。但是我都会帮客人先付这笔钱。

我们是收deposit的，在closing的时候refund。不过，LZ的if it is low and can not
continue the refi是啥意思？房子的估计会偏低么？如果是这样的话，不如先在网上
查一下房子的估价，再决定是否做refi，否则appraisal的钱就白花了。

这个东西有时候就是赌一赌了,因为没有一个网站可以告诉你准确的价格.而且
Appraisal是一个非常主观的东西,不同的银行的Appraisal Value也会差一些.

我们的appraisal fee是broker cover了，apraisal比我们买价低，银行只能按80%refi
，所以
我们自己在close的时候补足差额

也未必too high，我也有客人估到过zillow的估价。
