有关short sale fee的问题 （急等）# Living

我们现在bid的short sale房子，listing agent要我们签一个short sale fee
agreement,里面有一个4% short sale negotiation fee,请问这个是要我们Buyer出的
吗？还是从sale amount里面扣呢？
里面的条款是这样写的:
"Processor, seller and buyer have agreed and acknowledged that this sale is
to be conducted by including a short sale negotiation fee of up to 3% of the
contract sale price, to be paid to processor. The actual contract sale
price shall be in the amount of $490,000 as reflected in the purchase and
sale agreement. Processor will negotiate a seller concession equal to the
buyer short sale negotiation fee amount of up to 4%. The buyer will then pay
the processor an additional settlement charge to be included on the HUD-1
settlement statement and paid at the time of closing."
