和我的agent ,现在矛盾越来越多，不能再进行下去了，直接的导火索是她训我，还有
一次看房子的时候主人问我们从那里来，他指着我说：“他从中国来，我从台湾来”
我当时脸就黑了。
现在的问题是，我和他下的10多个房子，别人都没有选择，只是个back up offer
我问了list agent我能和他直接offer吗，他说我要先cancel了之前的offer才可以和
他make offer
想知道怎么cancel 之前的offer
我觉得我没有不厚道，因为这些房子都是我自己在网上找的，有些都没有去看，就直接
offer了
求建议

offer难道没有时限，过时作废？

I never liked any buyer agent and think the world would be a better place
without them but I don't understand this... if you are from China and he is
indeed from Taiwan, why are you not happy with what he said? Should he said
that you're from Taiwan and he's from China instead? When someone ask me
where I am from, I normally say that I am from Shanghai. No one ever makes a
fuss about it. Why can't we accept someone from Taiwan say they are from
Taiwan? He didn't say he was from Japan, didn't he?
Going back to your question. Yes, you either have to wait for the prior
offer to expire or you would have to call the listing broker to cancel your
offer (or have the agent do it). You cannot have 2 active offers out at once
. What happens if they both accept? It is not ethnical.
