Only have master degree from U.S.A
Publications:
6 papers (two first author)
three conference presetations
citation: 195.
One first author paper cited 63 times.
My boss is willing to sponsor me for EB1b and I am working in top 10 private
school as research specialist.
Any body has idea that how possible that My case can be approved. One lawyer
from the website says it is too weak.

如果老房子很快能卖掉，最多5年就能还掉贷款，如果不能，10来年应该能还清吧？。
。想arm又怕万一后来利率涨很高，我agent说利率马上要涨起来了。也觉得每个月的支
出是不是太高了点。

考下古，之前有和你差不多背景的弄EB1B成功了，你的条件蛮不错的啊，特别是引
用很不错，律师不接你就自己弄呗，

ARM for sure, since you can 还掉贷款 in 5-10 years.
And for ARM, there is a cap for the rate increase, ask agent for details

AprilSummer here got her green card with a MS degree.
Your citation is quite impressive.
You could do it DIY, or ask more lawyers. Different lawyers are so different
in their preferences, ways to handle the case, etc.
