随时都可以要求服务方降低费用,只是别人理不理,就由不得你了。不知你手上有什么 谈判的筹码,比如说,如果这家Escrow/Title公司是你的agent帮你选的,你可以要求 你的agent对其施加压力,要求其降价。 如果是卖方选的,那可能就不理你了。这时你唯一的筹码就是walk away from the deal,但你可能会损失押金、房屋检查、房屋估价及锁定利率的费用了。我有客人这样 做过,居然让他给砍下来2千多的类似的乱收费。
