湾区，刚和卖家agree on price, move in condition但可能要换窗户和打recess
light.７８年以前的房子都或多或少有石棉问题，请教大家怎么处理比较好。
1) order full asbestos inspection. quote price1000. concern: 要在内墙
sampling,不知道有没有必要，而且可能potentially cause things to be not intact。
2) 只在要动的地方order asbesto。比如天花板，或者以后换furnace。concern:cost,
还有不能提前发现重大问题
3) order separate full inspection, 强调指出明显的asbesto问题。

还需要inspection吗？多半是有的了。

I know...purpose is to find *where* they are located, and whether the
condition is good or it needs to be repaired.

你又不拆房子，不需要full report

顶多只查你要试图装修破坏的地方。石棉你不disturb它就没事，其实做inspection就
是搞下一块来送去lab做测试，本身就小范围disturb了。你自己就可以搞，把sample送
去一个lab就好了，这样的lab网上就可以找到不少，不在本地可以邮寄，测试不贵，好
像是几十刀。

我在NY,1956年的房子，inspector说没有发现石棉，我就搞不清楚到底有没有了。

比如要装排油烟机的话，要查那些地方呢？往墙上钉钉子什么的呢？
我一直不明白石棉如果扩散到空气中，会逐渐消散到周围么？还是永远在房子里了？
