当初贷款的时候还是J1,只有一家银行能办,也就认了.

"10万出头" is too small. It is almost impossible to do No Point No Fee
refinancing.
I guess you get 30 year fixed, there is point hit for 20% down payment.

loan amount小了点，可能去找银行直接做比较好。

1.maps.google.com;
2.log in your account (same as your gmail);
3.click my maps;
4.create a new map (e.g., citation);
5.in the blank, input the address or the affiliation name;
6.click to "save to" my maps (e.g., citation);
7.do 5 to 6 one by one
8.done
需要自己手动完成，然后油灯图就完成了！
