refi 要去年的tax return吗？# Living

背景:
-专业方向computer engineering,做cpu和os相关的东西, phd学校50左右，专业排名前
20
-phd毕业1年半，目前在行业top公司的research lab做research scientist
-文章14篇，12英2中，7篇1作。英文paper基本都是专业方向的顶级会议论文。（本方
向jounrnal publication基本没人care)
-citation大约120，除去self citation大约90.citation多的几篇paper都不是一作
-4个patent pending approval
-为10个左右的conference和journal review了20篇左右的paper,弄了约10份editor啥
的写的review letter
-1篇一作的paper被不少媒体和网站大篇幅报道过
-另1篇一作的paper曾获过本专业内的一个ieee小奖
-攒了9封推荐信，其中7个independent,(1个us,6个其他国家的)
打算claim老3项，citation不是很高，想用media report和paper award来弥补。
目前材料正在最后的准备阶段，之后很快会交给公司的律师，很想赌一把pp. 看了很多
人被RFE,更加犹豫了。
请版上的大大们帮忙斟酌斟酌。先谢过了！

Your 2010/2009 tax return and W2 is required. Your 2011 W2 might also be
required.

It is true statement.
Your W2 number has to match your line 7 (wages, salaries, and tips) of 1040
tax return form.

目前如果要求的话应该也还是要2010，2009的tax return。
