这个REO的bank有很多条款要buyer申请并得到所有的Certificate of Occupancy(甚至 smoke detector, certificate of occupancy,certificate of septic etc),如果得 不到,房子没法买,算我违约,没收earnet deposit money. 如果房子有些地方太破了,即使现金买,没有办法拿到那些Certificate of Occupancy ,似乎不能close啊? 就算买下来了,没有Certificate of Occupancy,我能搬进去住吗?
