主要一个大项是drywood termite，要花2000刀
其他是主卧卫生间对应的楼下天花板有water stains，可能是漏水，建议打开墙纸来看
楼下的洗手间附近有两处plumbing leak（不包括在7000刀中，要另找人修）
第一次看report ，请大家看看，这个房子的状况算怎么样的

ask the bank to lower the price by the same amount instead of credit to you
at closing. if you go with credit, you may run into trouble with your lender
unless you buy with all cash. if that is the case, you can do whatever you
want.

不是很明白，是说如果不修房子，贷款可能下不来吗？
