不影响。他们都从来没给你发过approval notice，还能要你怎么做？自己做一个？

相差0.125的利率在30年后放大，1多付的钱要超过得到的2500 credit. 除非你有把握
把2500元投资30年获利超过多付的钱，或者手头急需先钱，否则我觉得应该选2。当然
要refinance可以选1，但我不知道有没有规定能不能马上refinance。如果你只要住5到
7年不如选ARM。

这两个利率差不多,如果打算做refinance,肯定是take 3.875%的利率. 不过这两个利率
都挺高的.

都比我们能做的rate高 0.125%. 选1做refinance.

Thank you, Kelly. Regarding the refinance, a few questions for you to comment.
1. For no cost, no point refinance, someone says it worth to do it when the rate is lower by .25% or more, is it right? I am thinking, it should be worth to do for any rate drop, if it is trully no cost.
2. I know some bank has restriction on when you can do refinance, 4 month or 6 month, some bank doesn't. Where exactly I can see this restriction. My loan has no pre-payment punalty, does that mean there is no restriction on when you can refinance?
3. Do I still need to go through attorney, if I do refinance?

How can we know what's the restriction from the lender. The broker and

的确是利率将了就值得做,问题是银行的要求要降到0.25%或者以上才肯做.

Does no pre pay off panulty mean I can refinance any time?
If not, which document can show me how long I have to wait before refinance.
