理论上是可以的,不过现在refinance的file这么多,银行也稍微忙一些,尽量留出来30天

Possible but tight.
first, the loan agent needs to pick a lender that is fast.
second, every party needs to be very cooperative, meaning if the lender asks
for something, you need to get it done by the same day.
third, the loan agent needs to have good relationship with the lender, so he
/she can rush. Basically your case may need to jump in the normal queue to
get priority.
