中介告诉我有个买家口头上出了个offer，但是要求返还closing cost。
请问比如说他的offer是 $50,000 with $5000 back for closing cost，其实就是只有
$45,000对吗？

I think you are right.
I guess some buyer asking this due to they do not have money to pay the
closing cost. (If they put more money in closing cost, they do not have 20%
down.)

I guess some buyer asking this due to they do not have money to pay the
closing cost. (If they put more money in closing cost, they do not have 20%
down.)

实质上就是让你降价呗，他可以要求，你可以接受或拒绝。很着急卖就接受，这有啥好
问的。
