终于看上一个房子，新房，卖方只能给special warranty deed, 我的realtor 说没任
何问题，还说如果不放心可买 owner title insurance. 但自己理解应该是general
warranty deed 是最好的。
请大家给意见，这房能要吗？多谢

if it's a REO property, you will not get a warranty deed. don't worry and
you'd be fine if you have an owner's title insurance.

what do you still confused with? Deed has many forms. if you can get a title
insurance policy, there's no difference to you or the next buyer.

只是怕拿不到title insurance policy,因为新房只能通过他们制定的律师办closing。
这个律师说他们不做title research ,所以觉的有问题。
