想买一个投资房, 现金出现问题, 大概离首付还差1-2万左右. 如果下offer, 必须一到
两周内解决现金问题才能办贷款. 现在有几种方案:
1) 向亲戚朋友紧急借钱周转, 但是钱这么晚到帐, 担心lender不肯借钱, 因为据说
investment property是不能用gift money付首付的.
2) 向401K/IRA借钱, 不知可行否? 第一不知道来不来得及, 然后也不知道lender会不
会有意见.
哪种比较可行?

不知道你这个，
只是最近同事要买小condo,不能贷款之下，
居然用信用卡借了一万刀
我还是很震惊了。
不知道你能不能用这个办法。

是cash offer吧, 如果是loan, 这招不好使.

能借借，借不到就先别买。

这样信用分会降下去不少吧？要是在贷款，利率就高了吧？

1. You can not use gift money for the investment property.
2. 401K is your own money and you should be OK. Usually it will take about 1
-1.5 week to get the check. You can borrow up to the 50% of the current
employer. but double check with them for the policy.

401k loan is depending on policy. some company offer 30%
