今年五月份排期没倒退之前提交的485，现在超过半年了，如果EB3排期每个月前进一个
月，估计2018年4月左右会变成current。
今天收到USCIS email，内容如下，感觉是说开始做background check。请版主，版花
，版友们回答一下我以下的问题，万分感谢。
1. 请问大家有没有收到类似的email？
2. 从提交485到开始background check，我的case的速度算是正常，还是快或者慢？
3. background check完成之后，case status会变成什么？

你这是转到了NBC, 然后会检查资料, 最后转到LOCAL OFFICE安排面试.
你1周左右会收到一个纸质的信, 显示转到了NBC.
1. 10月27号已经有一波了. 11.8另一波. 11.15你这是第三波.
2. 这并不是BC. 也不代表BC通过目前来看.

这个比一个ranch加盖还要贵点，因为demolition的工价高。
我知道有人干过，一家花了二十多万，一家花了五十万。
花五十万的那家包括把siding重新弄了，厨房重新整了，门厅，楼梯都改了
不知道为什么，原先说修四个月，但是前前后后修了一年现在还在做一些外围
的工作，但是基本上整好了。。。
新泽西的价格。。。

$200-$250/sqft是比较实际的。那个花了50万的，包括了landscaping, siding, front
entry, stairs, replacing all windows，这些轻易就是10万，而且他们都选择了
high-end的材料。

个老美的回答后的综合印象，那些人也都在长岛。10万的话，3个卧室，2个厕所应该是
够了。
其实材料不贵的，timber, drywall, sheathing, insulation, roofing, siding, 这
些外部材料2万，里面的地板，厕所fixtures 1万，plumbing/heating, electric work
材料几千，剩下的都是人工费------电工5千，水暖工1万，盖房子的工人5万，差不多
就是这个价钱。

应该还是不一样吧？比如你付的你的next step是：
“We will assign your case to an officer. We will review your case and
mail
you our decision.”
我自己的next step是：
“We will prepare your case for officer review. If we need more information
, we will notify you”
感觉语气上不在一个stage上。
anyway吧，就算真掉黑洞里一样是没招儿的。。。。

忘记第一次转移的时候next step是什么了, 查了截图, 没找到. 可以问问群里或者版
子上的同学都是什么样子.

从之前的case来看，顺序应该是这样的：
We will prepare your case for officer review. If we need more
information, we will notify you
然后变成
We will assign your case to an officer. We will review your case and
mail you our decision.
上面2个状态往往是同一天发生的，所以不排除是不同TSC处理Case在系统中选择的状态
更新不同造成的。
这样的例子很多，很多人都combo卡都收到了，但131 case的状态还是case received.

我家主副今天同时收到Case Transferred To Another Office 的电邮和短信提示。上
网上查状态是 next step is We will prepare your case for officer review. If
