我们公司没established publication/patent，结果律师一直说you worry too much，
到了提交材料前１个星期，律师才反应过来说这种情况比较tricky，早干什么去了？还
好我们公司有几个provisional disclosures，算是勉强能应付
然后呢，我看最近有几个cases RFE 小公司的 ability to pay，我的情况或许也类似
，问律师，律师又说you worry too much，所以最后没提交任何材料，估计肯定会招

Estimated Bend 是什么意思
BN 代表什么, B 是basement？ N呢？这个位置像是Basement 的入口
Leach pit 干嘛用的？
如果想安装个playset 在 Basement 入口对着的位置装没什么问题吧？

estimated bend只是说这个图中转弯的角度只是估计着画的，并不一定准确
leach pit也叫做dry well。屋子里面的下水道先通到septic tank中，固体的东西沉淀
下来，水从septic tank接近上侧的一个管道通向dry well，然后通过dry well壁上的
小孔渗透到土壤里面。一个dry well可以通过一个drain通向另外一个dry well，dry
well越多，系统的安全性就越好，因为一个dry well坏了之后，overflow的水可以通过
其他dry well渗透。

学习了，包子奉上。
合着我家的就一个dry well?
另外我如果要装一个playset，上面要垫pea gravel什么的，要避开septic 多远比较安
全？

大多数人家都是一个
septic一般是一个precast的大水泥tank，里面是空的，上面最好不要承受很大压力。
septic的口部不要有东西遮挡，以方便pump。dry well一般也是一个precast的水泥
tank，壁上有小孔或者石子，方便水渗出。除了跟septic类似的要求之外，dry well附
近最好不要有大树，否则树根会沿着渗水的方向伸过来，block渗水孔。这些都上次
pump的时候听pumper说的 :)

楼主担心的过多了。
即使是小公司的ablity to pay rfe，也不怕啊。
有时候给点漏洞给移民局也好，省得叽叽歪歪找别的麻烦。
