房子按照合同2周后close。刚刚发现卖方在disclosure上撒谎。
当地2年前有过hail storm,附近的房子因为hail比较小都没有换过屋顶(从county记
录查的)。 这座房子保险公司当时赔了$16,668,但是卖方没有修屋顶反而在卖方过程
中一再撒谎。
在Disclosure 9D 卖方选了"There is no insurance claim to the property".在电子
邮件中,卖方代理转达“The seller indicated that the hail was very small and
they assumed there was no damage so it was not addressed with their
insurance company at all.”
刚刚我们在买保险时查出来卖方保险公司当时赔了钱的。请有经验的同学和代理说说,
这种情况我们该怎么办?直接取消合同?还是有什么办法让卖方把这笔钱(加上
insurance deductible)作为credit给我们。谢谢!
