从来没搞过CVS, 只是听说大家都可以搞到免费的血糖仪，不知道能搞到便宜的血压测
量仪吗？ 看amazon上都是30－40刀，在cvs上可以搞到便宜点儿的吗？

房子按照合同2周后close。刚刚发现卖方在disclosure上撒谎。
当地2年前有过hail storm，附近的房子因为hail比较小都没有换过屋顶（从county记
录查的）。 这座房子保险公司当时赔了$16,668，但是卖方没有修屋顶反而在卖方过程
中一再撒谎。
在Disclosure 9D 卖方选了"There is no insurance claim to the property".在电子
邮件中，卖方代理转达“The seller indicated that the hail was very small and
they assumed there was no damage so it was not addressed with their
insurance company at all.”
刚刚我们在买保险时查出来卖方保险公司当时赔了钱的。请有经验的同学和代理说说，
这种情况我们该怎么办？直接取消合同？还是有什么办法让卖方把这笔钱（加上
insurance deductible）作为credit给我们。谢谢！

哗，大件事咯。俺嚼着你应该让卖家把保险公司赔的钱都给你，房价再打八折，顺便换
个新房顶，不然怎能平复你那愤怒的心灵，这伤害太大了。

目前，我们的代理建议1）把保险公司赔的钱要过来，或者2）取消合同。

你可以搞一个欧姆龙的710，原价49.99-20=29.99然后返10upr相当于现金
然后你再做一个5的rebate。等于是15块左右吧 你要是有3off15就又省3
或者这周，如果你收到了CVS发邮件给你的30% off的那个券
你去买一个CVS自家店品牌的血压计
29.99原价，打七折，最后算下来是23.33加税

It depends on the county. My county assessor website provides detailed
information including yearly assessed values, historical sale records, and
detailed building permit information. If the roof is replaced or the
basement is finished, there is a record with the year and amount.

There are observable dents on the vents, but no much clues on the shingles
after three years. We double checked with the sellers, and were told there
were no insurance claim because the hail was so small.
