Hi, does anyone know if there is any problem with partial basement? We are
interested in a house, but the basement is not full, part of it was not
evacuated when built. Is there any problem with this kind of basement?

the one we looked is not walkout. don't understand why they did the partial
instead of full basement. any potential problem with this type construction?

北方的话没有地下室的房间会比较冷。
