Why you 不能踩 and cannot pull the weeds while the grass has not grown in
the spring? I thought it's the perfect time to get rid of weeds as all the
green ones are weeds now, very easy to identify.
Grass is not that dedicated.

most ppl want to file 485 as soon as their 140 approval. have no idea how
late u can file ur 485 afterur 140 approval. however, the chance u get RFE
to demonstrate that you r still working in the same field will increase if u
wait too long to file ur 485.

没有一个“绿卡的配偶”的身份。绿卡的配偶只能拿绿卡。
如果绿卡的配偶不是跟着主申请人同时申请绿卡的话，那就没有身份。拿了绿卡之后再
申请配偶要等几年的排期。

去年中旬曾经是Current过，现在China出生的F2A排期是08SEP13。

哦，我原本理解140和485就是2种移民申请表格，不知道可以夫妻一起递交140和485
