if you have basement, better do a radon test. Because it takes two days, so
you can't really expect seller agent to allow you to do it the cheap way (
use a small machine that cost $200, and reusable) you probably do need a
license inspector that charges in $300 or $400 range (big rip-off
considering how cheap you can do it yourself)

最好做，没几个钱，十来年前好象二三十，记不清了，现在估计也就顶多五六十。一般
要是不到4，你就放心了；要是超过4，你可以讲价或者重新考虑。

现在涨到100多了。
巴尔的摩城里普遍不高，城外一圈都比较高。
