房子阁楼上板子有MOLD， 能除干净吗？# Living

看上一个房子， 做了home inspection， 主要是这个问题， 想请教一下， 这个MOLD
要是找专业的公司能除干净吗？ 要是换板子， 貌似挺大的工程， 以后还会长吗？
有过这样的问题， 对房子VALUE影响到底有多大？ 谢谢！
In the upper attic has a light to medium coating of mold on most of the roof
sheeting. I recommend having it professionally cleaned or encapsulated. If
the plywood is still stained or painted because of mold, it will affect the
resale value of your home. I would consider replacing the plywood sheathing
which is stained badly on the roof when you shingle. I would vent the
bathroom fans through the roof. At this time the ductwork is aimed at the
roof vent. This will minimize moisture problems inside the attic. It is
going to be critical to have proper ventilation in your attic for this not
to recur.
