刚查USCIS网站， 显示post decision activity, 10分钟后变成decision. 这样正常吗？
Decision
On July 7, 2014, this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was approved
and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at
1-800-375-5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.

10篇文章，有比较好的，有连影响因子都没有的
交上去的时候google scholar 上有104个citation. 感觉用google scholar 和ESI比较
没有问题
30+review. 杂志只有一个影响因子上4.0
国内媒体小报报道一篇，感觉没啥用，放在了additional info里面
