居然给退回了，说“ because it could not be delivered as addressed.
”

好像人是有OFFER的已经ESCROW，必须先CANCEL那个，才接受你的OFFER
不过有新OFFER进来，还可以CANCEL你的

当然是要求现在的买家MATCH啊，后面有高OFFER了，你MATCH啊
不MATCH，就CANCEL了娶下家了，只要没过户都可以退出的，最多
就是赔你几百刀，OFFER一高至少5千吧
