Are all coupon code start with "Y" the same?
I already used one from my parenting magazine, starting with Y, If i buy
another one starting with "Y" as stated in the ad, will they be the same???

标题：房子马上close，结果被市长收回

昨天晚上市长通知卖家agent要买这个房子。agent说房子现在已经under agreement 并
且马上要close了，市长说他们刚刚开会说想把这一片的房子都买下来重新规划。然后
卖房agent通知了卖家，卖家还是希望卖给我们，前提是我们了解所有的情况，了解市
里的需要。
现在问题来了：我们要继续买吗？买了以后马上再卖给市里？
不买？那也要找律师看怎么补偿？都得一番折腾：（
跟律师聊了一下，建议先hold，市里说这两天会给letter of intent。太闹心了。
据估计是要用来做停车场，离市中心有点近。卖房现在希望我们买下来，但是律师建议
我们退出，觉得不靠谱，说好的letter of intent暂时拿不出来...

是一样的，你要用另一个账户才能买，同一个账户只能用一个y打头。

Each Y code is unique and can only be used once. You used to be able to use
only one Y code per account, now you might be able to use more than one. You
can only use one code in an order though. I was able to use another Y code
in an account where I had used a Y code already.
