以前每年来看看，5分钟完事，收几百块钱。
总觉得他们啥都没干，今年打算不给钱了，不做了。
不知道是不是可以。
另外，防白蚁，能自己做吗？ 比如买点药喷喷。

Let me tell you my stories to help you make decision.
I bought a new home that came with termite bonds for a year. I was told that
their termite treatment will last 10 years. Like you, I thought to not
renew it after third year but didn't do it.
Fast forward to year 7, one day I found a mud tube inside garage wall.
Termite invasion! Called my termite company, they promptly did repair,
retreated the house without me lifting a finger and cost me nothing.
My boss in previous job didn't buy termite bond for his house. One day he
found out one side garage wall was full of termite. It cost him over $7k to
replace the wall. He said he gambled and lost. He bought termite service
since then.

楼上的那个，termite tube 不是自己发现的吗？treatment 没有 cost 你的钱，那是
因为刚开始的 service fee 已经交了。你的老板自己平时不注意，所以没有发现。你
的两个例子中, termite service 的人并没有发挥特别的作用。
