刷两遍wood stain？中间需要sand吗？300的砂纸够么？
听说stain后再用universal sealer，需要吗？
最后再刷三遍 floor finish？中间需要sand吗？300的砂纸够么？

use pre-stain -> stain x2 -> polyurethane x 3.
you will need to sand well after the first layer of stain on raw wood,
because it will bring up the wood grain. after that, only light sanding is
needed. In my experience, 220 is sufficient.
