头孢拉定胶囊(先锋6号) is a board-spectrum antibiotics. But cold is usually
caused by virus. I remember you said it's HCl induced. I am pretty sure it
won't help either way. You can buy some OTC for cold (those NSAIDs tablets or
elixir to relieve your symptom.

先要搞清是感冒还是流感，感冒的话，主要是用呼吸道抗过敏药，加休息，喝水。如果是
流感，可以用金刚烷胺（甲型），还有一种Roche产的什么药。
如果没有呼吸道的感染，抗菌药，如头孢类，沙星类都没有用。呼吸道感染的一个特征就
是发热。
