无良律师口口声声说剩余名额的分配是依法进行，但我们已经清楚其实他们所依据的法
，并没有包括剩余名额的分配。
我相信O也会用同样的说法再次回复NIU的信件，那么，我们是否应该尽快清楚的向他指
明他所依据的法律并不适用于剩余名额？

在山上盘桓一阵，下得山来，正午刚过不久。启程去巨人柱国家公园（Saguaro
National Park），继续巨人柱之旅。
巨人柱国家公园分为两部分，分居图桑城（Tuscon）东西两边。西部没有野营地，所以
略作走马观花之后，直奔东部，可是途中获知东部营地都是Backcountry，我可没有做
好这个准备，好在图桑城北有一座大山莱蒙山（Mount Lemmon），山中颇有营地。于是
过公园而不入，直奔莱蒙山。
好一座大山！莱蒙山海拔九千七百五十七英呎，摩天接云。冬天是滑雪圣地，夏天是避
暑天堂，实际上，山顶一个小村庄名字就叫夏日天堂（Summerhaven）。驱车上山，山
路弯弯，盘错险峻，景色却是分外宜人，不枉这段路入选了美国国家景观公路（
National Scenic Byway）。
上到四千五百英呎左右，碰到第一个营地Molino Basin。因为天色渐晚，又是长周末，
进山路上车流不小，大有图桑人民倾城野营的架势，不敢多有耽搁，于是欢呼着扑了过
去，希望能抢到一个地盘。甫一进去，就看到一张大告示，露营区关闭！这事可太也蹊
跷，逮住一个攀岩结束，正在收拾回家的老哥一问，原来此

My friend and I went together on May 10. He got his passport on May 12 (1
time entry), I have to wait till May 25 (multiple entries).

My appointment is on June 8, however, my flight is on June 19.
I am afraid whether I can get the visa on time.

其实这次如果不开封会不好.
因为我的所有的CAPSULE都出来了.
听说有的人的COIN都从CAPSULE里面出来.
所如果不查看, 可能回有损害.

I think you can:) There is nothing you can do to help anyway~
I don't know whether the time of entries affects the processing time (my
friend is going for a conference and I am going for tourism), but I heard
that the embassy has a tradition to hold the passport till only a few days
prior to the scheduled departure date. BTW we are leaving on May 27.

但是dealer们要送评的话，只能按评级机构的要求不开封

En en then I really think you can get your visa in time. The people are
really nice, just make sure that you prepare everything listed on their
website.
I am leaving on May 27, and will get my passport on May 25 :)
